Quand la parole est difficile, voire impossible, on peut associer d\u2019autres formes d\u2019expressions, comme le dessin\/peinture, l\u2019\u00e9criture ou encore l\u2019expression corporelle. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le musicoth\u00e9rapeute choisi les \u0153uvres musicales \u00e0 \u00e9couter, en se basant sur les go\u00fbt musicaux du patient ainsi que sur son v\u00e9cu sonore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La d\u00e9tente psychomusicale<\/strong> aide la personne particuli\u00e8rement stress\u00e9e ou douloureuse dans une relaxation physique guid\u00e9e par la musique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>La musicoth\u00e9rapie active <\/strong>consiste \u00e0 <strong>produire<\/strong> des sons et de la musique dans son sens le plus large, en utilisant des instruments de musique, des objets sonores, son propre corps\u00a0ou encore la voix. L\u2019objectif consiste \u00e0 communiquer \u00e0 travers des jeux sonores, l&rsquo;improvisation, de solliciter sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9,\u00a0de partager autour des sons, de s&rsquo;exprimer, d&rsquo;exprimer ses \u00e9motions.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La fin d&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance est ponctu\u00e9e par un temps de <strong>verbalisation<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le musicoth\u00e9rapeute\u00a0<strong>adapte les prises en charge en fonction des besoins du patient<\/strong>. La musicoth\u00e9rapie est utilis\u00e9e de fa\u00e7on exclusive ou associ\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u2019autres traitements.<\/p>\n<p>Le musicoth\u00e9rapeute\u00a0 est garant du bon d\u00e9roulement des s\u00e9ances.
